1. Who can use the site

2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines.
3. Content you submit
Reviews, photos and venue submissions remain yours. By posting them you grant LustAdvisor a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and translate that content for as long as your account exists.
4. Business listings & claims
Claiming a venue requires demonstrating ownership/management rights. False claims may result in a permanent ban. Approved owners can edit their listing, reply to reviews and publish events.
5. Prohibited use
No scraping, no commercial use without permission, no posting illegal content, no targeting minors in any way, no spam, no fake reviews. We use both automated and human moderation.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep listings accurate but we don't guarantee them. LustAdvisor is not responsible for what happens at third-party venues.
7. Changes & jurisdiction
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via email or on the homepage. Governing law: TBD.
