These rules apply to reviews, photos, community spots, business listings and team profiles. Moderators enforce them.
Always required
- All people depicted must be adults (18+ at the time of the photo).
- Reviews must reflect a real personal experience — no shilling, no fake ratings, no review bombing of competitors.
- Be honest. Misleading or invented information about a venue gets the listing removed.
- Respect privacy. Don't post photos of identifiable people without their consent.
Never allowed
- Anything involving minors, in any form.
- Non-consensual content. Stories of crime, abuse or trafficking — flag, don't post.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, doxxing.
- Personally identifying information of staff or visitors (real names, home addresses, IDs).
- Spam, scams, links to malware, off-topic promotion.
Owner replies
Venues are welcome to reply to reviews. Keep replies professional. Don't dox the reviewer or threaten legal action in public — contact us instead if you believe a review is defamatory.
